TextMaster has raised 1.64 million euros from Alven Capital and business angels to accelerate international growth.

TextMaster, the professional platform for content translation, copywriting, and editing, announces that 1.64 million euros of funds have been raised from Alven Capital and business angels, including Fabrice Grinda (Founder of Aucland.fr and co-founder of OLX Inc.) and Geoffroy Bragadir (Founder of Empruntis). One year to the day after its launch, this increased capital will allow the young company to accelerate its growth, especially in the international sphere with the opening of an office in New York.

Co-founded in June 2011 by Benoit Laurent and Thibaud Elzière (founder of Fotolia), TextMaster is the first online solution for professional translations, copywriting, and proofreading of all types of content (commercial, marketing, technical, educational documents, etc.) by way of crowdsourcing. TextMaster has been designed to meet the needs of all users.

Since its launch, TextMaster has placed quality at the forefront of its service. It has already attracted over 4,000 clients, such as AlloCiné, Cityrama, and Zagat, and brings together a community of nearly 35,000 authors who have processed more than 12.5 million words. The service is available in 8 languages: French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Chinese. Today, TextMaster can

quickly and efficiently process both simple missions for SMEs and large scale projects for bigger accounts.
