Pretto is a 100% digital mortgage broker. Thanks to its algorithm, which is updated daily, Pretto enables its users to compare the rates and conditions applied by the largest French banks and to find the loan that best suits their profile and their project. In addition to an intuitive and secure online experience, Pretto offers the support of a dedicated credit expert. In September 2020, Pretto launched its DataLab, an observatory of property market trends, which provides analyses based on more than 700,000 simulations each year. Today, Pretto employs 170 staff and helps and assists in financing €1bn of home loans per year. The company also has its own property ad aggregator, the Pretto Search application.
