A wave of new team members to support current and future investments

A few weeks after announcing the launch of Alven VI and Alven London, we welcome 3 new hires. These recruitments are in line with our mission to work closely with our portfolio companies and provide them with the expertise they need.

Margaux Gregoir has joined the investment team as Principal. She is arriving from Luko, where she was VP of Finance, member of the Executive Committee and built support functions (finance, legal, compliance, and risk). She also drove the execution of strategic topics from fundraising to M&A, as well as international expansion.

Margaux started her career at Société Générale in the General Inspection department, leading assignments across business lines and countries from retail strategy in the Czech Republic to CIB compliance in NY. Margaux graduated from HEC, Dauphine, and Sciences Po.

Stella Walter takes over as Head of Talent. Prior to joining Alven Stella helped scale Luko, where she grew the team from 30 to 250, hired the C-Suite, defined Culture & HR processes, and merged teams following M&A operations. She was VP of People and a member of the executive committee. Her previous experiences include managing roles at the likes of Eutopia VC, Showroomprivé and L’Oréal. Stella’s missions cover implementing and structuring hiring and HR processes, sourcing C-Levels, defining organisation and building company culture. She is a graduate of La Sorbonne University.

Aude Steinberg is joining to head the legal department as Alven’s Legal Counsel. With over 7 years of experience, she has a strong background in venture capital financings and M&A transactions. She started her career working as a venture capital associate at Dechert LLP and then joined Goodwin Procter where she advised clients through every stage of the corporate life cycle. Aude graduated from ESCP Business School and Barreau de Paris.

Aude will work closely with Yves de Rocquigny, who joined the team in March as Head of Finance. Former CFO of 360Capital, Yves is currently in charge of firm-related finance and fund management. He started his career at EY as auditor, then went on to join Bridgepoint as fund management officer. Yves graduated from Paris-Dauphine university.
