Axel Springer, through its subsidiary AVIV, today completed the total acquisition of MeilleursAgents, the leading online real estate valuation provider in France. Axel Springer, owner of Alven alumni SeLoger, and Logic-Immo, is expanding the value chain of its French real estate portals and strengthening its existing offerings that help real estate agents win new sales mandates. Internationally, the company’s real estate portals will benefit from MeilleursAgents’ expertise in online real estate valuation.
With the acquisition of MeilleursAgents, AVIV is also further expanding its data competence in France, increasing the transparency of real estate markets and expanding the range of services offered by SeLoger and Logic-Immo.
Alven Capital has been supporting MeilleursAgents since its 2009 Series A funding round, and renewed its support in a €7 million Series B.
