Alven has been supporting its founder Bénédicte de Raphélis Soissan since inception 18 months ago and we are excited to continue our involvement with the company and help them deliver on their mission. Other investors include business angels from the original round Frédéric Montagnon and Jonathan Benhamou, and are joined by BlaBlaCar’s Nicolas Brusson.

Clustree crunches and analyzes 30 million professional paths across multiple industries and geographies, and for the first time empowers HR professionals with the hard evidence that helps them make the right decisions. The tool helps on several fronts from employee turnover to talent retention, brain drain, emergence of new skills and jobs in an increasingly digital professional landscape. Clustree is seeing a marked interest for its solutions from many large corporations, who are faced with complex HR challenges. ENGIE and Canal+ are already among their clients.

This round will help the product teams develop new modules and cement Clustree’s position of top provider on the French market for evidence-based HR solutions. They plan on doubling the staff of the technical, marketing and sales teams, and grow from 15 to over 30 employees in the coming year. While not among the immediate next steps, conquering market shares in the US is definitely on the roadmap in the near future.
