After opening a first office in New York in 2014, and growing regularly over the past two years, PeopleDoc is now perfectly positioned to aggressively develop its European footprint and expand in the North American market.

The company has grown considerably since its last funding round in May 2014. Now each day over 1.5 million employees are using the service to access HR services and information at their companies. PeopleDoc boasts annual growth rates over 100% and over 400 middle- and large-size enterprise clients, 150 of which joined over the last 18 months. Marquee clients include Auchan, Alten, TNS Sofres and Yves Rocher group in France, and American Express, Paychex, Fast Retailing, Georgetown University and Match.com in the US.

Recent strategic partnerships and integrations with ADP USA, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday will continue to strengthen PeopleDoc’s ability to serve its customers by adapting its products to meet the highest expectations. The R&D team doubled in size this year, and remains at 40% of the overall staff, which also doubled.

Alven is following on the earlier rounds alongside Accel Partners and Kernel Investissements, and they are joined for this round by Eurazeo.
